The Embassy of Finland, engaged Arcadia to assist the Embassy in the delivery of their New Bangkok Office Project. Arcadia provided full design review, Project/Construction Management, testing and commissioning supervision thru to defects rectification closeout services for the Client.  During later stages of the project delivery, certain portions of the project was converted by Arcadia to Turnkey delivery.
